Deanna and Frank’s beachfront wedding along the Jersey Shore was an absolutely gorgeous day and celebration of their love! I am so happy I got to be a part of this day, especially since Frank is an old friend of mine. It was SO special seeing them and all of the familiar faces! Deanna and Frank’s love story started a winter ago at The Sugar Shack when Frank’s band was performing a show. The two were introduced through mutual friends and by the next summer, they were dating! The two spent a lot of their relationship finding out how much they had in common, even the bands they liked in high school! Deanna and Frank are adventurers at heart and have traveled to Boston and as far as Belize. I know their marriage will be the best adventure of all for them both, though!!
They picked September because Deanna always wanted to be married that month (how sweet!). I can’t get over all of the gorgeous geometric shapes in their decor and the greens they picked were perfect for a fall wedding!! We spent time on the beach getting portraits and I LOVE that they went barefoot!! This jewel toned rustic wedding definitely screamed Deanna and Frank – especially knowing that some of the rustic elements came from Deanna’s family’s cabin in New York!! My absolute favorite part of the day was their first look on the beach. Deanna asked if she could squeeze Frank’s butt and of course, I said YES. It was hilarious!! Make sure you watch for his reaction in the photos!!
