First big wedding of 2021! Can’t believe we are finally getting back to celebrating events like we did pre-covid.
Erin and Pat’s Spring Lake wedding day was windy with rain from time to time but overall, you couldn’t even notice! It was perfect! Right when I arrived, I saw an amazing pink floral tree in the neighborhood and knew I had to take some of Erin’s bridal portraits with that tree. The clear umbrella really made the pictures pop too!
Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club had a big outdoor tent to host their wedding, where they had their first dance to Leon Bridges’ “Beyond”. The father-daughter dance song (Hootie & the Blowfish, “Hold My Hand”) was my personal favorite since it was my wedding song!
At the reception, they had a signature cocktail in memory of Pat’s father and they also had a custom beer boat with their names on it alongside custom koozies!
All in all, this wedding was a great start to the wedding season. I can’t wait to share more of my amazing couples this year! And for future brides, Erin and Pat shared some advice “Don’t sweat the small stuff, you’re wedding will be great no matter what as long as you are with friends and family.” Love that.
