I seriously feel so lucky! A few weeks ago, my amazing mother-in-law to be, my mom and my bridesmaids put together an incredibly beautiful and fun bridal shower for me! Of course I had input on palm springs inspo theme – like my bachelorette party – and despite the rain, we had such a great time. These ladies seriously know how to throw a party!! My sister (maid of honor!) made some amazing gluten free desserts for me, mini cheese cakes and chocolate covered strawberries which paired perfectly with the mini Rose bottles that were given away as favors. Can we talk about the fact there was as a signature strawberry margarita- it was perfecto! They all worked hard on some amazing decorations, but my favorite was definitely the balloon arch! Pinterest has nothing on these ladies!!! 

Even though the food, the decorations and the drinks were perfect, the best part of the day was getting to celebrate and chat with everyone who came to celebrate Louis and my future marriage! There’s nothing like a shower to make someone feel loved!!! Everyone that came was so generous. My niece wrote in my card that she’s hoping I’ll have twin boys, ha!! My bridesmaids came up with such a neat gift, drinks to celebrate all of the amazing things ahead in our lives of marriage: our first holidays, first baby, anniversary and so on. Everyone was so thoughtful- leaving me a memory book from the day that I could go back and read afterwards. Definitely a great momento! After all these incredible and generous gifts, we played a game where I had to guess Lou’s answers to questions about me… and I didn’t do well at all!! Whoops! I did get one question right though about my father-daughter dance that put me in tears… followed by my sisters and mom! 

My bridal shower was SUCH a gift from these amazing women in my life and I am so grateful to each of them for making my day so special. The day turned out perfectly and was a sweet, intimate way to celebrate my upcoming special day!
