Sometimes the world truly feels small – meet Donna and Michael. I went to school with Donna years ago and then these two happened to meet online! As they say, the rest was history!! Their wedding day was one to remember, filled to the brim with personal details to really make the day feel like it was theirs, which made my job of capturing it all even more fun!

To start with, Michael is originally from New Orleans and his family still lives there. To represent his background, the two incorporated umbrellas from New Orleans and beads into the day. As the two spent a lot of their relationship in Asbury Park, the location made a huge play in their day including a  Asbury Park Wonder Bar inspired guest book – which was definitely my favorite part of the day! (How cute is it that their dog’s name is Nola, by the way?!). She made a brief appearance while Michael was getting ready to celebrate her owner’s big day, too! Donna and Michael also found some amazing unique flavors of beer to have at the reception in their custom koozies for favors, which was just fun! 

Donna and Michael, your day was a perfect celebration of all of the little things that make you both you – and that make your relationship very special. I’m so happy I was able to capture it all for you!
